* 24mm wheel thickness (vs. 20mm for youth)
* standard size 608 bearing hub (OD=0.860")
* 8mm wide axles
* ABEC (Annual Bearing Engineering Community). ABEC 9 is very smooth.
* 78A durameter rubber is good for indoor
* >80A durameter rubber wheel is good for outdoors <

Adding Washing Soda & Baking Soda to Laundry and its effect on water pH
1/2 cup prior to adding Kirkland brand detergent to water in washer without clothes |
pH of around 12 with just the washing soda added |
3/4 cup of Kirkland brand detergent added to water in the washer. More foam created than without Washing Soda. |
pH is still around 12 after Kirkland detergent was added to washer water with no clothes |
pH of a saturated solution of Washing Soda is around 12-13 |
saturated solution of washing soda made in a small cup |
full load of laundry added |
pH of the water with the full load of laundry soaking in it is around 12 |
pH of the wash/rinse water is around 7-8 |
1 1/4 cup of baking soda added to the water in the rinse cycle |
pH of saturated solution of baking soda is around 8-9 |
pH of water in the rinse cycle with clothes soaking is around 11-12 |
The rinse cycle water pH appears to have been lowered slightly after 20 min once the baking soda was added |
