40mL of Pennzoil Standard

 

40mL of Mobil 1 Full Synthetic

 

 

20mL of Mobil 1 added to 20mL of Pennzoil in a flask

With flashlight in the background the separation of the 2 oils prior to mixing can be seen

Separation prior to mixing. Pennzoil on the bottom

After mixing and agitation the separation is gone and only air bubbles in the mixture. No gel formation or other visible by products at room temperature.
