avi to DVD conversion on Win 7

• Nero 9 Vision - came bundled with the DVD burner. Useless! requires the purchase of an upgrade for the feature to work
• Power2Go - on the system. No option for avi to DVD. only allows creation of data DVDs.
• Window DVD Maker - standard on Win 7 premium home edition. Missing under the programs. Located and turned on Win DVD maker under control panel options for Windows components. No avi to DVD option.
• Sothink Movie DVD Maker - download from CNET. works fine! converts avi to DVD.
