Attaching a Topeak baby seat rack to a bicycle without threaded dropout eyeletes on the frame

two electrical brackets bought from Ace Hardware for 99c each. They will be attached to  the frame behind the seat.

Irrigation hose used as rubber lining for the brackets

Cut a slit through the piece for placement on the bicycle frame
